Cancellation Policy
Booking and Deposits: All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a penalty. You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may incur an additional fee. Payment: Accepted payment methods for deposit: cash, credit card, and electronic transfer. Full payment is due on the day of your appointment in cash. Late payments will incur a 10% fee. Travel and On-Site Services: Travel fees apply for on-site services and are calculated regarding parishes. A starting service charge of $20 applies for local parishes and increases further out. Client Preparation: Please arrive with a clean face and follow any specific skincare routines provided. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Health and Safety: All tools are sanitized before use, and disposable applicators are used where possible. Inform us of any skin conditions or allergies prior to your appointment. Service Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is important. If you are not satisfied, a complimentary touch-up is available within 24 hours of your appointment. Photography and Portfolio Use: With your consent, photos of your makeup may be used in our portfolio and on social media. Your privacy will be respected at all times.
